Who’s ready for a free intervention?! Another band that I adore for music therapy is the Avett Brothers. I have used songs from this band in multiple populations and they are effective at treating adolescents through older adults with a variety of diagnosis! And a bonus for therapists… their songs are pretty easy to play 😉 I chose Head Full of Doubt/Road Full of Promise for this week’s tune and have included the how-to for using this song in therapy!
